A typical order goes through these steps:
- The parent places an order on the online shop.
- The order appears under WooCommerce → Orders with a status like Processing or On hold.
- Payment is confirmed (automatically or manually, depending on your payment methods).
- The Shop Manager prepares the order (picks and packs the items).
- The Shop Manager marks the order as Ready for Collection.
- Once ready for collection has been activated, the parent receives an email with collection instructions and collects the order at school.
- The order is marked as Completed once collection is confirmed.
