Creating a Coupon

1. Go to Marketing → Coupons (or WooCommerce → Coupons, depending on your setup).
2. Click Add coupon.
3. Enter a Coupon code, for example: BACK2SCHOOL10.
4. Optionally add a Description (for internal use only).
5. Under the General tab:
   1. Choose the Discount type:
      1. Percentage discount (e.g. 10% off).
      2. Fixed cart discount (e.g. Rs 100 off the total order).
      3. Fixed product discount (e.g. Rs 50 off a specific item).
   2. Set the Coupon amount.
   3. Decide if the coupon allows free shipping (if available).
6. Under Usage restrictions (optional):
   1. Set minimum or maximum spend.
   2. Choose if it’s for individual use only (cannot be combined with other coupons).
   3. Choose whether to exclude sale items.
7. Under Usage limits:
   1. Set how many times the coupon can be used in total.
   2. Set how many times a single customer can use it.
8. Click Publish.

Share the coupon code with parents through your usual school communication channels (email, SMS, newsletters, or social media).
