Mark as Ready for Collection

1. Open the order from WooCommerce → Orders.
2. Ensure payment has been confirmed and the order has been packed.
3. Change the status to Ready for collection (or your equivalent status).
4. Click Update.

This normally sends an email to the parent letting them know the order is ready, where to collect it, and what to bring.
